Static Rest Frame to Improve Postural Stability in Virtual and Augmented Reality

Many users have shown increased postural instability while using Head-Mounted Displays (HMDs) as HMDs block their real-world vision. People with balance impairments are especially more affected by this they depend on visual cues to maintain balance. In addition, is a good indication of cybersickness according theory. research, we investigated how use additional improve stability. Through conducting one user study in Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented (AR), studied the effect Static Rest Frame (SRF) stability persons due Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Results indicate that an SRF significantly improves VR AR for MS. Based these results, propose guidelines designing accessible systems impairments.
